About DGW - Donna G. Warren

The Reverend Donna G. Warren began her path into Church Administration over 25 years ago.  Her pastor, Rev. Dr. Eugene Weathers, Galilee Baptist Church, recognized her gift of Administration when she presented him with an organization chart for the church as she saw it.  Little did she know at the time that this would set her on a path to assist so many churches and church leaders to clarify and better understand their administrative responsibilities.  That initial submission led to appointment as the Ministries Analyst and working part-time as the Administrative Assistant for both the 10,000 member church and its 200 member daughter church.

Reverend Warren also served as the Pastor of Administration for a new church plant from that church, Deliverance Praise Temple under the leadership of Apostle Donald Weathers.  In this capacity she was responsible for all administrative tasks for establishing and maintaining this new church.  She also served as the establishing pastor of Victory Worship AME Zion Church, again responsible for all aspects of the new church plant.  After nine years as pastor, she chose to begin supporting new and young pastors through visitations, counseling, coaching, and training.

Additionally, Reverend Warren worked for over 40 years for the Federal Aviation Administration where she began her career as a GS-2 Clerk-Typist and ended her career as a GS-15 Environmental Manager.  Upon retirement, Reverend Warren began working full time with churches and non-profit organizations assisting them in meeting their administrative responsibilities.

She received her Master of Divinity degree from Faith Bible College and Seminary where she has also served as an instructor.  She is the mother of a daughter, Shirley, also a minister, who is a graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and currently works for the Postal Service.  She also has a son, Michael, who is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia and the Art Institute’s California Design College in Los Angeles.  He and his wife, Christian, both work in the fashion industry and reside the New York City area.

Her personal motto for life is “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”  (Matthew 6:33)
